Sandwich Shack is the retail front of Sourloaf Bakery on Gray Street. We have two versions of Sandwich Shack: our main flagship Bakery Cafe in Gray Street, Knysna and our Sandwich Shack Express branch on Watefront Drive inside Greeffs Butchery. Our offerings are divided between sit-down cafe style and then our express fast grab and go.
